Nirmana Construction Inc. is a luxury residential general contractor based in downtown Mountain View, working across the San Francisco Peninsula and the wider Bay Area.
We specialise in high-end custom homes, boutique residential developments, multi-family construction and transformative renovations, and we are dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship and an uncompromising standard of quality on every project we undertake.
The company has held its California general building license since December 2021 and has delivered 41 homes and residences across eight documented projects in Los Altos, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Redwood City and Los Gatos: single-family custom homes, permitted ADUs, and townhome communities of eight, twelve and sixteen units.
We keep the range deliberately wide. A builder who only does one-off custom homes struggles with the logistics of a sixteen-unit community. A builder who only does multi-family loses the finish standard a private client expects. Doing both keeps us honest on each.
